How it Works

icon

Three 20-minute time slots are available per session.

Each researcher will present their specific question or challenge, followed by expert feedback. You are welcome to prepare a brief PowerPoint if it helps clarify your question.

For targeted questions.

This is not a space for extensive collaboration or preparation. If you are looking for more in-depth feedback or potential collaboration, we encourage you to explore our Consultation Services or Training Programs, offered by d3center and CADIO.

Drop-in option.

The final 30 minutes of each 1.5 hour session are designated for drop-in questions. This time is open to all participants and is not private. If you don’t have a specific question or would like to listen in, you’re welcome to join, observe the discussion, or ask a brief question. Please note that registration is required for all attendees, including those observing.

What to expect

No materials will be reviewed in advance.

This is a brief discussion format, and we are unable to review or prepare for meetings based on pre-submitted documents.

Not a formal consultation.

These office hours differ from the formal consultation process at CADIO. If your needs require more extensive planning or follow-up, please consider booking a formal consultation.

No guarantee of future collaboration.

These office hours are for brief, focused feedback on specific questions. Participation does not imply further involvement in your project, including future grant collaborations.

Choose a time slot.

Select a 20-minute time slot that works for you and fill in the sign-up form. Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a Zoom link and a calendar invite for your scheduled session.
